Blaine is a sweet and easy-going 14-year-old. His developmental delays are profound, but he works very hard and makes daily progress with skills like speaking. Blaine is an active young man and enjoys romping in the park and water activities, like swimming. He needs a very special family that will be devoted to caring for him and helping him succeed. The reward will be that day-to-day experiences will become celebrations of Blaine's achievements.
