Charles J. and Charlotte J. are siblings who are both exceptional students. Charles is a generous ten year old boy with interests that include playing basketball and drawing. Charlotte is a jovial nine year old girl who enjoys making others smile, dancing, and reading. These siblings have been in the same foster home for six years and are very bonded. The children want to be adopted together by a two-parent family.
