The first things you will notice about Colby are his huge, bright smile and beautiful brown eyes! Colby, age 12, enjoys riding his bike, playing basketball or tossing around a football. Colby is described as a very intelligent young man who has a lot of potential. Cody said he would love to be in a forever home with a mom and dad, but would be okay with just a mom.
