DeKarr is a 16-year-old young man who enjoys art and likes to tell jokes. He has been described as polite, friendly and cooperative. DeKarr is very bonded with his sister, Shawnasey. Seven-year-old Shawnasey has quite an imagination and enjoys playing school especially when she gets to be the teacher. DeKarr and Shawnasey are looking for a home where they can grow up together.
