Dakota is an adventurous and outdoorsy kid who enjoys being involved in Boy Scouts! Camping, canoeing, fishing, and bonfires are sources of happiness for this outdoorsman. Dakota loves to read, and his favorite book series’ are Harry Potter and Divergent. Other activities he likes to do in his free time include playing video games, shopping, interacting with animals, and being outside. Dakota has a charming personality and makes friends easily. He describes himself as “nice and funny,” and his biggest strengths are that he is “athletic and picks up on things easily.” He would enjoy playing football and baseball someday soon.

Dakota is a bright tenth grader who does well in school. He plans to graduate from high school and go into the Army with the hopes of being in the K-9 unit or Special Forces.

Dakota’s caseworker will consider all family types for placement. He would like to remain in contact with his sibling and foster parents following placement. Financial assistance may be available for adoption-related services.

For Missouri children, homestudied and non-homestudied Missouri families are encouraged to inquire; only homestudied families from other states should do so.
