Darnail and Jaylisa are siblings you won’t soon forget! Darnail knows everything is awesome when you’re a part of a team! Emmett from the LEGO movie is his favorite fictional character, and just like his mini-figure counterpart, he is friendly with those he meets. Darnail is also known to have a contagious smile. For this sweet and kind child, the hours fly by when building with LEGO bricks. If the weather is nice, Darnail enjoys partaking in outdoor activities. He is especially fond of skateboarding and riding bikes. Basketball and football are Darnail’s favorite sports to play. He can see himself playing football professionally and thinks that having the ability to fly would be rad. Blue and red are his all-time favorite colors, and he is fond of dogs. Darnail is a good eater, and he never turns down a slice of delicious pizza. He has good relationships with adults. Same-aged peers make good company for Darnail. He is now in the third grade and is a budding mathematician. Dogs delight Jaylisa! Whether she is in the company of furry friends or not, this girl loves playing with her dolls. From coloring to painting to drawing, crafting is always a source of fun for Jaylisa. Pink is her most-loved hue. She is talented at gymnastics, and she flips for swimming. One of her favorite things is to wear goggles when swimming underwater. If it is Jaylisa’s turn to pick the meal, a trip to McDonald’s for a hamburger (hold the onions and pickles, please) and a double order of fries is sure to put her in a fantastic mood. This sweet and kind child gets along well with peers and adults. As a first-grader, recess is her best-loved school subject. All family types will be considered for Darnail and Jaylisa.
