The fun-spirited Khalia has no fear of trying new things, especially when it comes to gymnastics. When she isn’t practicing gymnastics, she can be found cheerleading and dancing! Purple is her most liked color, and she hasn’t met a dog that she didn’t like. She loves dogs so much that she hopes to have her own for emotional support someday. Khalia is a fashionista and is up to date on all the latest trends. The true way to her heart is through a caramel frappe, which is always her go-to treat. This girl responds well to positive affirmations and clear expectations from adults. She is known to be very helpful with preparing dinner. Khalia is very social and friendly, which allows her to get along with adults and peers equally. In the future, Khalia dreams of becoming a gymnast or a veterinarian.
She is now in the fifth grade. Reading and math are her favorite subjects.
A family with pets would be ideal for Khalia; however, all family types will be considered by her caseworker. She has significant connections to maintain following placement. Financial assistance may be available for adoption-related services.
