About this Kid

Skyler is an easygoing child with an awesome sense of humor. He says his favorite talent is making people smile and laugh! It's no surprise that Skyler gets along well with his peers and enjoys playing football or baseball with friends. This great kid prefers spending time outside swimming or taking trips to the zoo if it's warm, but if the weather isn't cooperating, he also likes shopping at the mall or playing video games. Dogs are his most beloved animal, and he prefers any shade of red as his favorite color. Skyler is also a fan of movies, and his favorite characters are all the Transformers. He hopes to be a football player when he grows up, and if he had his superpower of choice – super speed – he would be difficult to catch on the field. To fuel for a big game, pepperoni or cheese pizza is the preferred menu, and he won't turn down a chocolate chip cookie to celebrate a big win. Skyler is described as warm-hearted and helpful and wants a "patient and loving" family.

This fourth grader prefers small-group school settings and likes P.E. the most.

Skyler would do best in a home with a mom and a dad where he can be the youngest child. A family in an urban setting with pets is preferred; however, all family types will be considered. Financial assistance may be available for adoption-related services.
