About this Kid

Willow is an adventurous teen who loves attending fairs and festivals. Her taste in music varies from pop to country and even some rap. Her current favorite song is Baby by Justin Bieber. Willow has a traveler’s spirit and likes seeing new places and trying new things. She enjoys exploring the outdoors the most but also appreciates caring for her room and keeping things tidy. Willow loves getting her hair and nails done, shopping at the mall, and girl talk with other teens her age. She would describe her style as country and loves all things cow print. It’s no surprise that her favorite animal is a highland cow! It’s easy for Willow to get lost in a good mystery story, and her favorite author is Mary Downing Hahn. But she can also just as easily escape into a Disney movie – especially Tinkerbell. Basketball is her favorite sport to cheer on. Willow delights in being helpful and likes cooking meals. Her favorite dish is jambalaya with a side of carrots (raw or cooked, it doesn’t matter!). For dessert, she prefers chocolate – either Dove or Lindor coconut chocolates are the best, in her opinion. Willow gets along well with adults and peers, and she hopes to find a home where she can make longtime friends.

Willow is in the ninth grade and does well in school.

A home in a rural area is preferred; however, all family types will be considered. Financial assistance may be available for adoption-related services.
