About this Kid

Nevaeh is a lover of everything that has to do with the ocean! Her favorite colors remind her of the sea, especially blue and green, and her most beloved animals are all sea creatures. Horses are also a close second, especially if she could go horseback riding on a beach. For now, Nevaeh can only imagine the crash of the waves and the feel of sand between her toes, but she hopes to fulfill a lifelong dream and visit the ocean someday. Nevaeh is known for being extremely sweet and kind. She has a great sense of humor and adores making people laugh. She loves to be goofy and silly and enjoys staying active and playing outside. Nevaeh is adventurous and enjoys hobbies such as camping, swimming, and archery. She delights in being a helper and especially enjoys cooking. Nevaeh prefers Frosted Flakes cereal for breakfast and salads for lunch and dinner but certainly enjoys a sweet treat like chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream or an Oreo McFlurry. Her favorite movie is Disney's Descendents, and when she's feeling creative, she loves spending time coloring and drawing. Those who know Nevaeh best describe her as sweet and respectful, and she makes friends easily.

All family types will be considered. Navaeh will need to remain in contact with her siblings and great-grandparents following placement. Due to these significant connections, a family in MISSOURI is preferred. Her caseworker remarks, "Nevaeh has stated that she is open to a single parent, mom and dad, or same-sex couple family. She does very much want to be in a home with pets, which is extremely important to her." Financial assistance may be available for adoption-related services.
