Birth Year: Cameron 2011; Kyle 2013
Child ID: Cameron 372030; Kyle 372029
Get to know these friendly brothers, Cameron and Kyle, who support each other through thick and thin!
Cameron is a personable, level-headed teenager who enjoys making others laugh with his jokes. He is easy to talk with as he is good at voicing his opinion and loves sharing stories with the trusted people in his life. He is a young man with diverse interests, including cooking, biking, and playing video games. He is most proud of his musical talent, however, and although he hasn’t played piano in a while, he could easily pick it back up. Cameron treasures playing with animals and would love to work in an animal shelter someday. He is a self-proclaimed ‘cat person,’ although he had had a dog before and loved him too. McDonald’s, Chili Fritos, and cheese are some of his all-time favorite foods to snack on! Cameron thinks The Flash is the coolest superhero. However, if he had the choice, he would choose to have the superpower of “common sense.” As a ninth grader, he currently enjoys math the most.
Kyle has big dreams of becoming a welder and finding ways of giving back to people in need. He is an articulate and personable boy who loves to chat and learn. Lately, he has become very interested in learning more about his Samoan heritage and delights in sharing any knowledge he can gather. Like his brother, he has a musical talent for singing and making art. Kyle enjoys spending an afternoon playing on his iPad, adventuring outside, or learning a new card game. His most admired superhero is Grand Zenos, and if he could, he would choose to have his superpowers - to create universes with just one thought. He is sure to light up when shrimp and udon noodles are on the menu for dinner! Kyle gets along well with adults and his peers, and his favorite animal is “a big chill dog.” Kyle is now in the seventh grade, and he likes all subjects except for social studies.
Cameron and Kyle would do best in a home with a mom and a dad, where they can be the youngest children. A family with pets is preferred; however, their caseworker will consider all family types. They have significant connections they will need to maintain following placement. We will only accept inquiries on the sibling pair, as they will be placed together. Financial assistance may be available for adoption-related services.
For Missouri children, both home-studied and non-home-studied Missouri families are encouraged to inquire; only home-studied families from other states should do so.
